Since 2014, we’ve been on a mission to teach the next generation of athletes something we wish we’d understood as competitors (both in normal life and at the Olympics) – how to thrive in sport, not just as an athlete, but as a person.

We teach mindset, performance, friendship, and healthy competition, pairing some of the best athletes in history with kids and teens (ages 12 to 19) to help them navigate personal challenges, overcome obstacles, and succeed in their sport of choice.
